The most up to date information is probably that found at http://www.lazioverticale.joomlafree.it (in the list, click on 'Monte Soratte'), otherwise there are some topos at http://ilbradipomannaro.altervista.org/Le-Vie/MonteSoratte.html .
[The crag, as well as all the paths are clearly shown in Open Street Maps.]
Park in Sant'Oreste. Follow the signs for 'Riserva Naturale del Soratte'. Once past the barrier (for cars), follow the road up to the (Santa Maria delle Grazie) Sanctuary. Take the steps up to the Sanctuary and walk along its right walls around the back and follow the path until you reach the remains of the Eremo di Sant'Antonio. Walk behind this and from the lovely outlook spot you reach, you will see a path going down away from the Eremo (in the direction of the Santuary). Follow this path to the crag.
[about 45 minutes walk, up-hill.]
Some of the routes are sport, others are trad, and some have a few bolts but are somewhat-trad-at-heart. They were thought out this way, so as always please climb the routes in their original, intended style without adding new bolts.
