Park at the trailhead for Angora Lakes ($7 / day / car, as of 2016), then a short (< 1 mile) walk to upper Angora Lake.
On weekends the parking lot fills up by about 10:30am, so you need to get here early if you want to avoid a longer, hotter hike in and out.
