Good question. If it exits, I wouldn´t. If it´s the top anchor for getting at the end, I´m not sure.

We need to clarify the names of the fields so it's clear one way or another. It seems the consensus is that it should exclude the anchors:

Editing Trad Routes: Does top bolt count toward the number of bolts?
Does the top bolt in a trad route count toward the number of bolts? E.g. if there are no bolts but at the top (which could also be used toprope), would I enter a "1" for the number of bolts?
