The Pincer Movement
Does the climb finish by pulling on top of the arete about half height. I stayed left of the arete laybacking to the top where one hold in particular was full of soil. I’d add ‘R’ to the grade if that’s the correct finish.
I recall doing a kind-of mantle and standing up ON the arete.
Thanks. I’ll remember that for the next time - and miss out the scary/sketchy upper arete.
That upper arete is fun. Much better finish than just getting onto the arete as soon as possible.
