Today the halls reopen. They will have a lot of rules in place, but I don't think that needs a country-wide warning anymore.

also all the open space i guess right? Like spaarnwoude for example?

Danny van Bruggen replied 3 months ago.

The rules are pretty unclear as far as I've seen, and people are outside for sports everywhere. Personally I wouldn't do it because it might be a busy spot, but I guess the worst you will get is a warning from the police?

It would be good to see some discussion on this.

From April 28th on, children under 18 can do outside sports with some restrictions again: https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/coronavirus-covid-19/openbaar-en-dagelijks-leven/aanpak/veranderingen-na-28-april-2020

(That would also mean that Spaarnwoude is off limits for those over 18)

Opening halls will happen only on September first. There is quite some protest about this, and you might want to sign this petition

Alex replied 12 weeks ago.

They are open officially i think again all outdoor climbing places. In the gyms you have to book though

Danny van Bruggen replied 12 weeks ago.

There is an official statement about this: https://nkbv.nl/actueel/nieuws/laat-het-kabinet-de-klimsport-vallen.html

And you're right, but the opening is only for children up to 12 :-(

Danny van Bruggen replied 12 weeks ago.

No wait, you can actually make a reservation here: https://www.deklimmuur.nl/reserveren-het-lab/ ... I have no idea what's going on anymore.

Alex replied 12 weeks ago.

hahaha ok, Here what is happening: you can reserve in any outdoor climbing place as long as you are already a member. They are not taking in New members. so even if you are above 18 you can climb but outdoors and with reservation. Each gym has some extra specific set or rules depends on their facilities. Spaarenwoude is also open to the public as well now

Danny van Bruggen replied 12 weeks ago.

Thanks, that explains

On the first of July the halls will reopen (with restrictions) and this warning will disappear
