At minimum let one day free between two days where you climb and if you climb three time a week, make a soft session and two good one

I would also recommend to slow down at the beginning.

Your biggest problem may be your excess of strength and missing technique as a beginner, which will lead to overstrain of your joints. It's not so much fun, but you should focus on technique. In general it's better to start climbing with less experience in weight lifting, because it forces you to learn technique

Maybe you also have a climbing gym in the area? It's good to climb ready routes at the beginning instead of max power boulders.
