Ascents of Deep Water

Rpt. Soloed first time, led on gear this time, lots of small cams in horizontals

Lovely sunny morning fare, but a boldish lead.

Really enjoyed placing gear on this on.

This is a sport route now. There's actually two sports routes bolted super close together. The one between Torpid and Deep Water looks like it's not marked on the map yet and they share the first bolt. Chains on top of Deep Water that we also used for Self-Abuse and Short-Shrift.

Warm up. First climb indoors or out in 2 months. Would've left the cams in the car if we knew this crag was bolted. Great rock here and the bolters have done a really good job from what I've seen. A nice change from sandstone.

Nuttin special, but a nice little climb. I think it was Dave who belayed me.
