Ascents in The Tombstones

Sketchy mantle 6 metres up got the heart going.

Too scared to try and mantle at 6 metres with 2 pads and no spotters. Feels harder than v3 but that could just be the fear factor?

Quite a nice climb if you eliminate the boulder to the left.

Really nice looking line. Was working on this without touching the side boulder or aréte, which makes for really nice movement. Start jug into right-hand sidepull on face; right foot onto sloping ledge; right hand onto sharp horizontal hold or low in crack, pull and long reach up into crack; move feet off and attempt to get foot onto highest point of lip.. then.. fall. That's as far as I got before running out of daylight. Want to come back to this someday (and the area in general); the cafe in Binalong is really good too.

Looked like a nice easy warmup but turned out be harder than it first appeared. Good hand/foot jam, bumped right hand up twice into increasingly poor fist - the left foot smear popped twice before I could move it onto the good lip out wide first few attempts, but going wide with left foot earlier made it a bit easier. Fun little climb

Think I did this as a warmup/while looking around. Rock on this boulder seemed pretty poor, most of the folds felt pretty snappy or loose

Named after the spiders that forced me out of a hold halfway up. Worth doing for the grade. I found it harder than Neener.
