Ascents of Hercules Extension

Slapped at nothing.

Remembering the sequence on the lower pitch.

Absolutely mega! Super hard to commit to the slab moves when they're spoooooodge as Fuck but really worth it! The run out is perfect

So good!

Made the first move, pumped out at the second bolt. Definitely some feels - spent a chunk of time well above the bolt contemplating the whipper I anticipated in my near future, before finding the saving grace which helped to the anchors. Looking forward to the send.

Great extension, worth doing. Slab has good feet but feels on

fantastic moves on the way up. Nailed the crux on my first attempt but got pumped out clipping the following bolt and had to rest.

What an awesome line! Almost pumped out after sticking the crux move, but held on and eased through the slabby top section. The top section is clean at the moment, get on it!

stoked to snag another theejy classic - big ole 23 move to a slabby cherry-on-top finish. three stars for sure (but remember, the cathedral offwidths are at least 5 stars)

So glad I wasn't doing the top moves on lead. Big first move of the extension seems a long way off too. But those rope moves are amazing.

Continued after the main route, and took one fall on the big throw move. All went fine second go, but didnt want to go all the way from the ground again.

been a minute since jumping on something new here! granted it was 6 metres of new but it was great! slab at the top requires trusting the sandy slopey crimps. never been to the grit but feels something like how that looks

Didn't really figure out that one move wonder, need some better beta.

Date may be wrong. Very cool big move! Then it gets a little delicate as the holds are not very clean and the last draw is a little far. Worth it anyway.

Bailed. Scary af. Top is slimy and there's no bolts or holds for 5m.

Bouldery move to pass the crux, but pumped out on the slab, only one move to anchor, shame ...

Got through the top crux on onsight then pumped out pulling onto the easy slab!

So good together with the bottom!

One hard move. The slab easy but some of the holds hard to spot.

Definitely a tough move for 23. Good finish though that really completes the route.

Accidentally sent this trying to project bordella de merde. Turns out I needed to step 5 metres right at the chains of expectorant... Didn't expectorant that.

Claiming the onsight but did get told it was throw to the flake. Felt a little run out at the end.

Must have been more motivated on the flash

It's worth climbing Hercules just to do this extension! An exciting finish.

awesome move to get over the bulge to thin slab above. definitely worth continuing up the extension!
