got some soloing done today. feels good

not much gear at the start compared to the other routes

Top rope solo with rest.

I think I took the right route. A bit loose.

A nice move or two at the crux but the rest isn't worth it. Vegetated and loose near top. Got stung by wasps.

A bit contrintrived - forcing you to climb the blank section with good handholds just left or right.

The fig tree needs a bit of a trim as it gets in your way. Also needs a FH and nut else you risk impaling yourself on the fig tree. The fig tree is now much bigger than it is in the topo. Climbs alright.

It's a nice start but a few loose blocks. The finish isn't that good... Couldn't find anything decent to belay from. There's a hole from where the BB was. The first FH is kinda hidden by a clump of grass.

Wasps just after second FH. There is a hole but missing bolt belay. However there's a perfect boulder at top for belay. Climbs nice.

Probably harder than a 21. All the nuts on the bolts are loose, bring a spanner. no chains at the top?? Bring a long sling or cord to wrap the rock at the top for a solid TR anchor. A good route for Townsville though, limited choss (and limited holds in the lower section, maybe some have broken off over the years?) We cleaned all the trash around the base, will come back and clean the graffiti.

Love it love it love it. Probly quite irrational but this was the first gr 21 I could do.
