Under the Faeries Throne there is an obvious slab on the east side of the steps. The Homecoming takes the centre of the slab without recourse to holds either side.

Ascend the downfall on juggy holds and good waterworn granite. A scramble with some climbing moves. Good for big boots as a way up to The Faeries Throne.

On the east flank of the top of The Fairy Steps downfall is a less than vertical little edge up which you can, with a belief in magic, pretend is a climb worthy of big folk. Big Wall climbing for a pixie or the resident 6 legged bulls.
