Description

The Zimba ( 2643m), also known as the Mattherhorn of the Montafon/Rätikon, is an easy mountain to enjoy the view.

Approach

From the Sarotla hut through the Steintäli in 1.5h zu the start in the prominent Neyerscharte (2300m) from there to the 'Ostgrat'.

To the Zimbajoch (2461m) and to the start of the 'Westgrat' from the Heinrich Hueter hut and the Sarotla hut 1.5h.
