This small but good crag offers both beginners and advanced demanding routes with a wonderful view through the trees. The rock consists of very compact and solid metamorphic sandstone. The routes run through slightly sloping to vertical and even overhanging walls of 8–15 meters high and can be technically quite demanding.
Due to the steep terrain and nature of the old wooden boardwalks, this place is unsuitable for infants.

The Molzbichl crag is a cliff near a hill above the town of Rothenturn. Drive north through Rothenturn on the Schwarzenbach road, turn right uphill into Burgbichl, just after passing a pond, then turn left into a small carpark in the forest.
