Ascents in Red Rock: Pet Wall

Great additions to the climbing community Dan!

Very fun mostly sustained 5.8 climbing which is a real treat!

Sent it clean to the final bolt then stick clipped the anchor so I could work out the upper part of the crux. I think I've got the beta dialed now so I should be able to send it next time.

Two Attempts and now have the beta. Also there was some confusion with route locations. This is the left most route of 3 that start on the black slab under a roof.

Slightly overhanging with big holds.

Fun pockets lower down, but regretted wearing my approach shoes for it as I got towards the top.

Couldn't get this clean on the first go, and the beta was tricky and some of the holds required cleaning.

Got it clean on the second go after Ryan Parker and I worked out the beta. Although I preferred dynoing to the final jug rather than pulling on small holds.

A little dirty and mossy towards the top, but still worth doing. Could be better with more traffic and cleaning.

I found this a lot harder to read than l was expecting

Getting to the ledge felt harder than the actual upper crux...

Went for round 2 to get the red point but I was too tired.

I was so tired after all the other stuff we climbed

This was super fun. I took Andy Gnarr's beta for the final move and fell. I found a better sequence and sent it.

Almost dropped this one. There's a ton of moss on everything, thanks for clearing it off Andy Gnarr.

Another climb with a few tricky moves, that are hard to figure out on the first go.

Got this clean on the second go after working out the beta with a few other people.

I felt like there was more than one wonderful move on this.

This climb isn't over until you climb the chains. Couldn't get it clean, on the first go.

Went for the red point and lost it because of my sweaty fingers...
