铁岭驼峰岩场位于铁岭市开原市松山镇石洞沟村，导航可搜索“铁岭石洞沟村”，从彰桓线拐入石洞沟村后（可看到石洞沟村牌楼），沿路行驶约2.6公里到达停车位置。停车位置在一处瓦房前，瓦房后面山上岩壁即是驼峰岩场。从瓦房后小路徒步上山，约15分钟即可到达岩场，岩壁向北偏东，定位42°22′21.44″N，124°10′59.68E″。截至2022年6月，驼峰岩场共有运动攀线路15条（含1条2段结组线路），传统攀线路1条，由东向西编号依次为1-16。
