Always check for temporary closed crags due to environmental protection. There is a dedicated homepage from the 'Pfälzer Kletterer', that shows all currently closed crags: http://www.pfaelzer-kletterer.de/sub_tourendb/pfalztour/felssperrung/sperrlistePfalz.php

Please stick to it or some crags could be closed permanently, which happened in the past.

The free standing pillar on the far left

This is a combination, and a fantastic one at that! U start up the slab to gain the South-East wall of the pillar. After the 4th bolt follow a leftwards leaning seam to another bolt in the middle of the wall from which you traverse left to easier grounds. Here you head up the Face/arete carefully to reach the belay past some fragile rock.

Maybe 7/7+?

The main section of the crag, with the first 6 routes starting if a ledge, perfect in the child months...

The first 4 lines start off a ledge above a short slab with a crack on the middle

This leads past a reasonably low first bolt underneath an arch... Which forms the crux of the otherwise sustained face. Well protected, bring all your friends!

The following 5 routes start on a ledge, either reached by climbing Lochweg and head right, the dirty thing called Schmetterlingsflug or from the right, Mittelrampe.

This used to start from the bottom (at6-)and get u to the ledge as well, but it needs a desperate cleaning! Off the ledge it takes the rightmost line

How should we describe this.. rampe doesn't do it justice! The crazy corner is enough already and it gets you too the ledge. You can still traverse the lot to the left and take the easy way out, if the wall doesn't suit you.

A lot of people forget about these... You shouldn't!

Quite varied, you even have to negotiate two rooflets. Luckily they are both bolt-protected. There is a fair bit of climbing in-between which should be even better if cleaned properly. The corner at the start might throw off punters already... Again, give it a go - It's well protected if you bring green and yellow aliens!

Sort of a direct start to "roter pfeiler"

Excellent, stops halfway up the wall these days which probably makes sense..

Variante

Guard rail anchor or tree anchor.

Variation of "Lagerwand"
