Continued on to complete all further pitches clean. Split P2 into 2 and led the awkward approach crack to P3. P3 is nails 21 IMO...Felt more like 22.

Beautiful climbing, sustained technical difficulties through upper section.

Gets classic status because you'll never climb anything like it again. P1 is the money. P3 I went for a sandy nothing instead of the right hold early on. 2nd shot the treat. I think you could easily take a grade of each pitch in terms of the actual climbing difficulty...it's just the position that makes it feel harder.

So good. Now I've done it in a oner I fully appreciate how good this is from start to finish. So many awesome technical sequences stacked on top of one another and even the top trad section felt fluffable with the pump I had going on. First shot today. Stoked.

Re-energised after Eagle Cleft I couldn't help myself to another silent evening beauty.

Found hidden jug. So much easier haha. Stay direct in line of bolts for the grade up top.

FFA. On 2nd. Crux is probably high consequence 15/16 but not Watchtower 16.

Max Vert Day - route 1.

I'd fallen off this a while back when I did a cocky careless warm-up and barndoored moving around the arete! Still not super straightward for a 17 lol.

2nd shot.

Fell off boulder problem start. Had a good look around from hanging, worked the first few moves then came down and got it clean next shot. Great climbing. Didn't use block to right, did have 2nd draw clipped.

A brilliant climb, a beautiful feature and a striking line in a tropical paradise location. Can't beat that.

Really cool climb...loads of good moves and such a rad sequence to finish. More like 22 than 23 I'd say but time and other ascents will tell...

Lead all pitches. All pitches hold interest...pitch-2's a beauty and 3rd is a tad trickier than I expected! 3rd pitch a bit sharp it will clean up with further ascents.

Seconded Kieran both pitches on his new route. Interesting climbing the whole way, great features and comfy stances.

The best single pitch I climbed on Eua. Super cool moves, a bit of spice for 3rd BR and just quality from start to finish. Listed in Tongan Rock guide (as in Eua details above) as 24 but the consensus of climbers I met there all thought 21/22.

Yep - that just happened Lol. Mega Classic rating for the adventure of it. Watchtower Chimney -> Mr Chicken-> Watchtower Crack P4. No beta for you...just get it done.

Really sweet climb, love the shouldery tech slab to juggy roof and head wall.
