Description

Vertical limestone sea cliff ranging from 6m to 20m+. Cliff littered with (big) holds so routes generally at the lower grades, with some fun (long and high) easy traverse potential.

The easy routes start at around f4 because of the first move to get out of the water, but the rock above is generally like one massive 2D ladder but still much fun.

Near where the path from Cala Montgó ends, the wall ranges in height from ~3m to 12m, making it great for cliff jumping.

Water depth is generally good and ranges up to 20m even near the wall, but in some places there are some bigger rock features near the surface so be careful to check the landing before you climb!

Approach

Walk from Cala montgo east towards the end of the bay

Grade Route

The left-most possible route of the wall

Follow the fissure with legs left and right

Climb the arete left of the overhang. Slightly right is more appealing but beware the shallow water underneath!

Left most route up the block

Climb the middle of the block or any route 3m left or right of it, it will all be the same height and grade

Start on the back of the small overhanging prow, climb to its tip and move up

Climb the easier route between the prow (left) and la ment buida (right)

Ascent the smooth rock right from the prow. First 2.5m is the crux, above that is easy climbing to the top

Climb the wall anywhere right of the crack

Climb the right arete. Any route on the left will be easier

The most promising looking line with a scary overhang 15m+ with a slight ledge below

Climb el vol but stop underneath the overhang and move right
