Summary

old Topo, published in new guidebook 2019

Description

Wonderful barranco with eucalyptus trees. Sector Frontales is a good shady wall and the other sectors have nice barranco climbing with smooth rock at the first meters.

Access issues

No issues.

Approach

  1. Zero minutes but dirt road: Taking the TF-620 to Fasnia until you reach the junction with the TF-28. Go in direction to La Zarza-El Escobonal and take a left after 1,4 km in direction of Arese-Archifras. 100 m after the first 90° curve to the right, take the dirt track on the left behind the water tank (28.244552, -16.439631) wich leads you directly to the parking below the wall (28.242867, -16.443028). The dirt road is okay but not the best, if it is in bad condition park the car and walk the 500m to the crag.

  2. (28.242195, -16.442078) and walk 2 minutes to the obvious crag

Ethic inherited from Tenerife

Please keep the crags noise free and clean. Take your trash and toilet papers with you. Locals tend to bring dogs to the crag. It is good manners to use your own gear at the anchors for lowering or setting up top-ropes. Use the anchor rings/carabiners only for the final lower-off after cleaning.
