'Diabas (German)' ≠ Diabase (English) !

Diabas is an older German rockname for an anchimetamorphic and thus slightly green paleobasaltic rocktype. It is not identical with the English Diabase, which is Dolerite.

Diabas in German also is called 'Grünstein'.
