You can use either Van Dusens Road or Polique Canyon Road off of North Shore Dr of Big Bear Lake. It is suggested to visit the information centre or the Big Bear Discovery Centre in town to get more detailed information on the state of the roads at the time of visit, especially if you have a low-clearance vehicle.
