Description
Kraft Mountain is the mass that forms the northern side of Calico Basin, as a crag it includes a number of cliffs on both sides of Gateway Canyon, the canyon between Kraft Mountain and the the ridge north/north-east of it.
Access issues inherited from Calico Basin
There has been some conflict with residents along Calico Basin Road, please only park in designated parking lots and stay on established trails.
Approach
From the parking lot/circle where Sandstone drive takes a 90 degree left turn, hike north towards the mountain, then around one side or the other to reach the various cliffs.
