Stellar, reachy but not too bad. Pre-placed gear and inspection.

With pre placed gear and tr inspection, still not a giveaway! Tricky to read some of those sequences.

P1, stellar!

Diabolically technical! Cleaned and inspected it on rap before going for it on frothy's gear and draws. Had to use every trick in the book to get up it. What a mega line!!

Second lead attempt, I pre-placed gear, probably my whole rack. Wanted to try free on lead from the ground to big grassy with an aid crew. Rock was pretty out of condition in the sun. Still managed a high point, passed the crux, panicked and grabbed the draw instead of the send. Been choking on some of the runouts. Finished at the aid belay, flashed from there to the next belay, not sure of a grade for the short bit, maybe 25? Struggled up the next pitch from there to big grassy. Was absolutely cooked after 4 pitches!

Alternate leads onsight, sev took the harder pitch which ended up being soft for 6b and well protected. I led the 6a pitch which turned out to be quite runout and dangerous. Classic alpine granite, funky movement with spectacular exposure in wild positions! The crux was reading movement with the gardens of moss and lichen on the holds. A stellar day in the mountains!

Top is great, bottom is average. Came in from a jug on the left, felt easy at the grade.

Couple of rest days on a rope sussing moves and gear and it went! Rad! Definitely not 6c unless perhaps on the onsight.

Blew the onsight after clipping the insitu nut lower down, second go. Probably the most enjoyable climb of the day!

Blew the onsight faffing on the boulder problem down the bottom. Second go, absolutely sensatonal line.

Rapped in and led from grassy to below the roof, both great pitches. Preplaced gear for the 24, quite a nasty fall off the deck. The 22 was all time! Potentially the best 22 pitch I've done ever, a stellar day out.

So surprised this went, turns out climbing the bottom direct was V8. The route is basically 3 boulder problems stacked on each other. Very memorable crux at the top.

Climbed on sev's gear, had a fiddly time replacing the top runner protecting the slab. Crux is getting the gear in, moves weren't too bad.

Mega!

Phenomenal, better protected than description.

FFA. I spent a couple of days cleaning and working this, trundled lots of teetering blocks that ended up becoming crucial fingerlocks and sidepulls. The moment I finished the prep cloud came with heavy rain. I felt so ready and committed for the route I cracked on anyway. Fortunately the crux holds and gear where dry, second half of the route was a waterfall. 😂 10m of insecure stemming on dripping lichen was tenuous work, what an adventure! Had lots of ground support from the fellas.

Highly technical and insecure grade 23 movement, made easier with a rest after the mantle. Route was graded 24 for the exposure and seriousness of a potential fall. The arete was climbed onsight with a piece of 8mm chord thrown around the bottom of pillar from FOTR.

Yieww!! Had a mega day, insanely stoked to finally get on this. Definitely not as hard as I thought it would be, pretty sustained through the middle pitches. Linked a few pitches for full value!

Would be content to never come back for this one, top 10m was soaked from seep. Somehow didn't fall.

Night sendies! Oh so atmospheric, cold rock, after glow of light from town and live music drifting on the breeze. One of the most pleasant climbing experiences I've had in Tassie. Went second go, bloody exciting reading moves with a head torch. Plenty of rest stances, probably soft at the grade.

Yiew! Such a rad route, the gear in those 'magic blocks' was quite dubious. Avoided putting gear behind the shit looking flakes on the way up to the roof, ended up with some big run outs.

Deathy as, shit gear and fragile rock, rad movement though!

Sting in the tail, full value at 23, felt like a sport climb.

Superseded? climbs alright.

Very happy with this send, took a lob off the last move furst time on lead when a foot slipped. Unreal climbing.

Another lead in bad conditions, wondering if I'll ever see the bottom free of spooge. Climbed clean to the crux and couldn't hold the slopers in full sun. Another time perhaps!

Gassed eod, got to the top but didn't enjoy it as much as I could have.

What a stellar line! Shame the crux is so low percentage. Got up it with a lot of difficulty. Taking a tick because it's unlikely I'll come back for a clean rp aha. Felt pretty goey clipping the first bolt, a likely deck even with a high 0.3 runner extended from the corner in BL. Only had micro cams and wires for the top, made for a memorable finish!

Yieww!!! Third go, run out but super classy.

Not as bad as I thought, good gear and rests. #4 is handy at the crux. Moving quick on the average holds and resting at the jugs worked well.

4 more goes falling at the same spot, lacking the compression power endurance I think.

Flash go leading on sevs gear, one rest. Promising!

Alt leads onsight, chill day after Ta Moko.

Not sure if I did this correctly, snatchy at the top and quite soft.

Seconding Sev, lovely flowy moves with good holds where you need them. Had a bit of assistance from the rope on the lower boulder problem that was balanced out by an unintended crux of the rope almost yarding me out of the next two roofs and traverse

Had some gear beta, the climbing was onsight. Not too bad!

Warm up, rad route!

Friendly E5 tick, saw holds on the way up gnome. Definitely run out and exposed but quite safe for the grade

Mike's first trad second, great funky, pumpy movement. An easy one to punt off in the sun. Sev soloed it to try find his shirt on the top, which turned up in my bag. 😂

Tried this after escape, struggled on the mono fingerlock move. Perhaps next time.

Cruxy on small gear, bit contrived at the top.

Didn't use any jams, redlined getting gear in. Was a brutal warm up.

Classy moves and an exciting finnish. What more could you want!

Hard to tell were this thing starts/goes.

Two big whippas, so, so wet! Condi's are a massive crux for this route.

Wow. What a route! Felt very unsure about the looming flake. Glue seemed to hold. Some run-outs with a safe fall.

Sooo close to flashing this on tr, hit the slopey part of the Dyno after the crux and couldn't latch it. Rad route!

Led on Harry's gear, techy fun!

Onsight was in 50km sw wind, full value!
