Head North on The Wakehurst Parkway (Narrabeen) , left up Elanora rd, then up to Amaroo Avenue, Elanora Heights(Please be considerate of the residents in Amaroo Ave, park only on left side or on the street before). Opposite house 10-12 there is a steep grass hill, follow the track trending right, and then scramble down at base of Redgum tree with rope on the edge of the cliff. Climb down the steel rungs and rope, follow cliff line down to ladder. Left Wing wall is after first waterfall then keep following the track to the main cave. Find your way to Amaroo Avenue via either Wakehurst Pkwy, or Powderworks Rd. (Please be considerate of the residents in Amaroo Ave, park on the same side as the residents, or up the hill in the street before). Opposite houses 8-12 there is a steep grassy hill, and bushland funneling in to a ledge, and a scramble down at base of a Redgum with rope on the edge of the cliff. Climb down the steel rungs and rope, follow cliff line down to ladder. Left Wing wall is after first waterfall then keep following the track for another 5 mins to reach the cliff proper.

First developed during the 90's, this crag was touted as 'the best hard sport crag in Sydney". New development over the past years has seen new life and new routes, how ever this could have never been possible without the original vision and hard work from the original crew. Shoutout and thank you for the hard work and original vision from the 90s crew who put in the hardyards to make the redevlopments possible - Peter Martin, Steve Kelly, Jason Rutter, Scott Wilson, Pete James and anyone else who put the time in to helped shape the crag into what it is today.
