This climb links Juturna into the top of Vulcanus.

#sitstart .. Start way down at the bottom of the hole on good holds. Climb the 80º overhanging arete until its possible to make hard moves out through the roof and back out into the forest again.

#sitstart .... Start with left hand on small incut crimp and right under roof on slopey sidepull. Climb out right using left edge and holds under roof.

#sitstart ... start left hand on small crimp under roof and right hand on good hold on lip. Traverse left until it’s possible to gain under cut. Big dynamic move leads to a direct finish. Out right to ledge easier.

Starts in Route Roter Riss and continues over a bulge with underclings (about 8b/b+). Following a slopy section the crux is a sequence of 9 complex moves (graded as 8A/A+ Boulder).

Christian Bindhammer said: "Up until now I've never come across a single move which requires so many different types of strength and such a complex sequence of moves."
