I really wanted to bail from the top section once I felt the big crumbly block coming out of the cave... but I figured the quickest way out was upwards. Beautiful climbing through the cave until there.

Surprisingly beautiful climbing except for the top... didn’t event pull any rocks off!

Working moves through the non-prime time section again. Felt mostly good, little bit of foot beta to sort out. Should go soon hopefully!

First go of the day, felt really good! First 25, soft for sure but great all the same

Love sitting at the fourth on a warm-up. Should really try to warm up on the full route.

Couple goes on Thursday. The thin moves at the crux of prime time are tricky and not super enjoyable. Figuring out good beta.

Nice. Extended the 4th bolt of prime time with a 120cm sling and put a 60cm sling on the third bolt of bed swerver, then double draw on fourth. Love a clean rope line!

A warm up lap, and first time actually getting to the anchors ahahah. The crux up top has taken me a while. Still rested though.

Fumbled the crux up top. Another day.

Sussing the moves again. Not my tidiest day. But the brains a bit whack at the moment.

Another not so great attempt, but stoked to be sticking to the big moves up top instead of some crimp beta I tried last time.

Tapped the Quickdraw against the anchor bolt then biffed it. Soo close to the onsight!

Retrospectively not such a good idea: crawled under dead 4m tree balanced on the brink which shattered into fragments when subsequently precipitated downward; brushed off 5cm of ledge from which to belay; cleaned sufficient ash, shale, dirt, veg and rock to protect - in a rudimentary manner - the helmetted second; filthed up my rope and belay gear; then spent 20 minutes getting back down to earth.

One harder move at the bottom then easy slab, not too dirty despite fire and rain. Real runout above last wire. Rob's Restart Part 5.

Amazing climbing. Though this is a bit above my paygrade and I didn't make it to the top, I did find a couple of those bolt placements pretty rough if you're not over 6 feet tall. Why the 4th is where it is, I don't quite understand. BUT, wow, nonetheless.

Burly start which can be done moderately gracefully and quickly. Then very consistent moderate pump. Lovely to do the warmup I usually flash pump on clean and relaxed today

Had to come back for it! Such a memorable climb. Can't wait to be climbing strong enough to have an excuse to come back here!

Yewww, didn’t expect to send because it still felt so damn hard to me but just gave it my all and hung in there!
