Make your way to Gmünd in Carinthia, located along the A12, the highway connecting Salzburg to Villach. From there follow the obvious signs into the Maltatal. Most climbing is located a few kilometers after the village of Malta and higher up near the famous Kölnbreinsperre (the huge dam).
