Up wall past 3 bolts, heading right under bush to belay

Directly up through bulge left of bush.

Route no longer exists. See Trajectory direct.

The original line climbed in ‘82, at grade 18, by Jack Latanzio has long since fallen away leaving a much harder, direct, line.

Start: The overhanging dihedral right of P.A.D.

Up technical corner past 2 bolts to pull onto low angled wall (bolt) and up to belay as for Yoda.

Start: Right of Trajectory, three bolts up overhang on jugs to top. Double-bolt belay back up in corner.

Start 2m right of HPS following three FH trending right to anchors over lip.

Start: On the right hand end of the main wall, 4m right of the Hot Pearl Snatch. One FH is the only protection, although first bolt of CKSB could be used with double ropes?

Up wall to FH, then right and up to top, can use anchors on CKSB.

Start: Right next to the waterfall about 20m right of M.R. Can be done most of the time except at high water levels - grade 4 descent by Kayak when the river is in flood.

Up the slick wall past three bolts. Wires for the belay.

Start in the cauldron, mantle left, then diagonally right across the face to a bulging crux finish

Originally a project but unknowingly stolen by an unknown, nefarious Brisbanite. Start: The left wall of the dihedral Directly up the wall past three bolts.

A diagonal corner just left and up from Tipitina. Harder than it looks. Up a short steep slab, then thin awkward moves in the corner to top.

Start as for WWOS then diagonally right up the slab

The arete about 10m right of Poetic Justice. Technical crimps up the arete then traverse left to finish.

Two rings to double ring anchor 1m right of Inertia.

No information about this route, likely an unsent project. It is one of the earliest routes with glue in rings somewhere in the late 90's. Feel free to post info if available.

Start on the big jug on the corner about 5m left of 'Inertia'. Up and then technical traverse left across the face then up into cathedral roof for a good rest. Then a thrutchy exit through the roof, up the easy slab to anchors.

Start on the side pull and using the side block as a step (eliminating this will be very tough). Delicate crux right off the bat through the slopers and then progressively easier the rest of the way up, and then left to the shared anchor.

A wall/arête route protected by bolts. The first route to use protection bolts on this crag. 4 BRs Friends or nuts for the belay. Up the wall, then the arête, connecting up the four bolts to the chain

Below the arête just right of the original line. Up the arête passing two bolts to join the original route at it’s third bolt and on up to the chain.

Just right of the small shrub, 3m right of S.S. Up through the bulge and onward to exit up shallow dihedral. 3 ring bolts in total to DBB

Direct project to Rodney's? Looks like the same bolts Audetat used back in the day.

Originally a very dangerous route with the possibility of decking at the crux. Has since been rebolted to satisfy the trembling hordes. An absolute bum-stinger! Start: As for Sweet Surrender. Directly up from first bolt on S.S. then trending left from second bolt to third then up (fourth bolt) to exit up groove. Double-bolt belay.

On the steepest section of rock directly below the second bolt on S.S. there is a bolt. Up past a BR to the 2nd bolt on S.S. Go up and slightly left past two more BR’s to top out. The BR to the right in the top section is still a project.

Extremely hard looking Audetat proj

Right trending seam right of Shooting Star. Along overhang past 3 bolts, then up past a 4th bolt over lip to top. DBB directly after lip.

Bring small wires to redirect the belay.

Start as for Sweet Surrender. but once you’ve clipped the fourth bolt step back down and continue traversing right to the big jug and another bolt (ignore the extra bolt in between - it’s for another route and is a real bastard to clip. From the jug haul onto the slab and up the seam (wire placement) and onto the S.S. belay bolts.

A power-endurance fest. Start: As for L.A. - clip first bolt from the block. Pump up to the jug on Trapeze then reverse this to the second bolt on R.G.M. Finish as for this route.

Start: 2-3m right of Low Flying Angel Same bolts. Boulder along under the roof (trying not to break your back) to join the original link-up and so on....

An easy tick if you are short. Start: The large flake roof at the extreme right- hand end of the buttress. Lean off the block to clip the first bolt then step back under roof. Swing out to letterbox then flip up onto the slab and continue on past another bolt. Double-bolt belay

Painfully thin and technical. Use double ropes, as the third bolt could be an ankle-breaker. Up trending right past four bolts to chain.

Start about 2m from the left end, just right of the wasps (which are not aggressive). Up through the horizontal breaks, then through the technical face past 2 hangers.

Tricky start on the slab then straight up

Up the easy crack (optional gear) then straight up delicate slab moves to the arete after the 3rd bolt.

The line of fixed hangers just left of the water streak.

Cruxy start through the rooflet onto the slab then straight up

Up the steppy zig zap arete

Start around the right corner. Boulder problem mantle onto the ledge then easier to top.

Clip the first bolt then diagonally right and up another 2 bolts

Same start and bolts as 'Soft field' but after the second bolt traverse right along the jugs to the arete and up

Start in the gully crack, up left through some thin moves and link into Sideslip

Start on the large rock deep in the chasm, fairly straight up past 6 bolts to anchor on ledge

Thin climbing in an amazing position. Rap in to hanging DBB. Climb up the project for 2 bolts and then left to the arete.

A direct line up the face that ratchets up the grade with each move

The first line of bolts

Start: The second line of bolts.

Up to the second bolt then break out left past more bolts to lower off seventh bolt over lip.

Start: The second line of bolts, the direct line.

Straight up through bulges to lower off sixth bolt.

Very powerful!

Start: 3m right of Se A Cabo.

Follow the seam past four bolts. Lower off fifth bolt.

Also short and powerful Start: about 10m right of Ravage.

Grunt and thrash past three bolts to lower off fourth.

Start just left of GJ, mainly using the big crack until traversing left to mantle the ledge. Some delicate moves gain a good stance before the crux, fire out a very thin crux then head slightly left over the lip to DBB.

Start as for 'Impunity' but splits after the first bolt. Up the small water streak then trend right through a sea of jugs, over the ledge and then up the short chimney feature.

Starts on a DBB on a ledge left of end the first pitch of Geronimo.

Up first short slab to ledge, onto the right leaning rail and then step out onto the face with care. Up through a sea of jugs, pinches and sidepulls uncharacteristic for gara. DBB belay.

Start: Solo up ‘Darius’ for 4m till the first ledge.

1. 50m (crux) Up and left to tie off shrubs. Step back down, then up past 6 bolt runners to a poor belay off shrubs on ledge.

2. 20m Straight up to flake and small roof. Pull on to slab and right to arete arid easy ground to top.

Start: A few metres up and left of ‘Post Crypt’. Marked.

Up the left side of the arete past 4 carrot bolts to a tree belay. Walk off.

Conceived, cleaned and bolted by Al. Stephens only to be knowingly stolen by Tadpole and co. on a climbing trip down from Brisbane.

Start: About 5m right of 'Humble Pie'.

Up past 4 B.R.'s to a ledge, then up past 2 more B.R.'s to the top.

A rather deceptive climb. Well worth doing! Start: As for 'Chequer Board'. The slab below the flake crack.

Haul up onto the arete/slab, then easily past two B.R.'s. From here step up delicately past the third B.R. to belay on the ledge.

Abseil off or finish up C.B.

Excellent wall and slab climbing leads to a set of chains. 4 B.R.'s on route.

Start: 4m right of S.M.E.

Gently up a steep wall (crux) past a B.R., then swing up onto the flake and haul up the next wall (2 B.R.'s) on beutiful jugs, then up the final slab (B.R.) to chains.

You've come this far, you may as well do the Tooth!

Roughly half way along the ridge, instead of walking around, climb up some chossy rock on hangers to the best view in the gorge standing on a platform about a foot across with sheer drops into both gorges. Rap of the chains and then keep slogging up the hill.

Technical face climbing on incuts and then intricate arete and wall to get to the top of the boulder. Classic. May be easier/harder but who knows how to grade blunt arête slab cruxes?

Starts up the middle of the pinnacle and steps left into Seam. Top out and use anchors on right face. you can also continue to traverse right past anchors if you want to top out the boulders

Up arete on the left side of Pedestal. Tricky and Thin. Same Anchors as for AB

Start on the back side of the Pedestal by either going up the chimney or jumping from other boulder. Climb low angled slab to anchors as for AB. If you want to top out the big boulders you can continue past anchors on rightward traverse at about grade 15.

Located Between the 2 large boulders. Very Short but due to location is a route rather than a boulder problem. Will get your heart pumping.

Straight up the face from the boulder. Balance your way up fused seam and on to the right.

5 bolts to twin rings. Stick clip first two and start in corner. Get a good belayer, you don't want loads of slack here. The bloc behind is out.

Technical climbing to a heart breaking crux finish. In summer, climb in the evening.

The hardest bolted line out at the crag and likely the broader region? Jump on it and have a crack. Even the easy start Isn't.

Old school lay backing on stellar stone. Straight up.

Head up layback to jug then step left onto face and across to flake on arete and up

This is what granite is all about! This tenuous slab is found just round to the left of Body Painter. Bridge off the block and lurch onto the slab. The thin line trends up the vague scoop past two bolts, with a finish that will stay with you for some time. Probably E4/5 6b in real money. Medium cams to belay. The direct start from the floor is an open project, it goes but will need a cold day.

To access the top of the route - from the block with the Painter loweroff on it, jump across the gap and abseil 3m down to the finish ledge.

Open proj. Extended thin bouldering up left side of slab to better holds at half height.

The left side of the main face is brilliant. Start at a crimpy flake, up vertical wall via very technical moves on small holds, easing slightly high up. Finish via a vertical slot to lower-off just over the lip. 3 bolts. Might be 23.

At the right edge of the Thylacine Face. Awkward jump start can gain the finger-jug rail at 3m. The real challenges will be doing this from a sit start on the little arete, and/or continuing up the face via small flake. Both are very hard.

Start: 2m Right of ‘Pretty Vacant’, a wall then out right to the arête.

Straight up past 2 BR’s , then move right with difficulty onto the arête, and up past two more BR’s to exit left to double hangers w/ rap rings.

Start: 4m right of ‘Last Straw’, a short wall in an alcove.

Up wall past 3BR’s to double bolt belay on ledge.

3 fixed hangers to a cam break. Friction climbing and some good holds to calm the nerves. finish at shared anchor with Angry Man.

Starting 2m left of the scoop of Whale Ale, up difficult start to nice finish. Don't forget some cams for the final break before the top out

Up the steep concave scoop then slab above. A medium sized cam is required for horizontal break at the top. Two bolt lower off.

Start up Whale ale then traverse right after 2 bolts and finish up Invalid. Single bolt lower off.

Up the easy ramp then the steeper slab past 1 bolt. A little exciting! Single bolt lower off.

Follow the bolts up the delicate slab. A good introduction to slabbing.
