From Heraklion head towards Moires, go past Agia Varvara, to Agioi Deka. In this village don't miss the left-hand turn to Vaghionia which you go through to reach Loukia and then Kapetaniana, at which point the road become a track! A 8km track connecting to Agios Ioanni, maybe tarmarcked or asphalt by now. Park on the left, 300m after the chapel.
From the car park head east with the sea to your right and follow the path which starts with some step, then cross a valley. Leaving the turning to Moni Koudouna to your left, head towards the cave-chapel Agios Antonis. 25min walk.
