can't reach the arete!

Easily the best piece of rock in knockers, harder if you're short like me

Has been on the hit list for a while, I walk my dog around Knocklofty a lot so it always teased me.

Getting close, final little dead point needs commitment to land.

Pretty easy climbing if you lock off and feel for holds, first climb my handhold gave way and jumped down. Second time around was good though, wouldn’t be fun to slip off near the top though haha.

dialling the moves but did a weird cut and dab on the last thrust to the jug. Need to go back again

A few painful holds on this guy but climbing. Definitely a bit contrived as can be by passed using holds in roof instead of doing a big u turn by using the crack

Hard to grade this one as i used a knee bar and a huge span to decent holds. Ill have to bring some else to help consolidate grade. Alex Lawson you interested in some bouldering?

Very pumpy number on some nice holds and fun underclinging.

good climb, a bit harsh on the skin

Great line, but using the arete on the left considerably brings down the grade to around V4/5. The eliminate without using the arete, Illegal Freedom is a hard and fun worthwhile challenge.
