From memory they are stainless bolts and hangers in good condition. Sounds like it just needs to be retightened with a small shifter.
Ideally a small shifter should be any sport climbers kit and any loose hangers tightened immediately.

Yes the bolt and hanger are in fine condition, but when the bolt was installed the threads were cut short as when it is done up there should be ~2 threads exposed but there weren't any which is somewhat concerning.

Equipo fijo 3rd bolt is very loose
The 3rd bolt was very loose, I hand tightened it but should be tightened properly or replaced.
