Loads of fun! Took a while to decide whether the left or right foot was better (right).

Did a sit start variant off the low crack on the left. Not really any harder than the original.

Last time I got on this I watched Caz tie knots around her head with her legs and top out. I didn't get it then of course but was much happier with my progress this time. Great problem!

Just for fun. Got up into a kneebar and underclings and almost touched the hold up high right. Suprised how far I got

Had a few decent attempts working through this. Go the right hand slap and managed to get a high left foot with some wise words from Volo (something like try and look as angry as possible )

Just have to sort out the top out.

Forgot the beta bro. I should have looked at the knee bar Skip uses in the guide (trust him to use a knee bar).
