攀登 in Treatment Plant

Getting to the 3rd bolt was really hard on sore fingers.

2nd shot, great moves, belay out of rock pool

Fell after the crux on my 2nd shot. Pretty bummed.

Can only have a couple of goes before tips shred, but overcame the reach with tenuous feet and funky matching . Need to try more than every 5 years!

Thin and stretchy

Mental note to self, don't have Jase and John as climbing partners trying to work out beta. Stick with tricky match, left foot up to small footer 20cm right of bolt and bump up through the scoops. Eventually you can reach the hold they get in 3 moves from ground. Long slings needed 4 th bolt. In shade all day this time of year, but finger skin wears out by second shot

Finally, good friction today and no pesky tall people making me doubt my sequence

Can get to the lower big pocket statically now. Next job: get the crux efficient...

I forgot all my beta and by the time I got it somewhat figure it was time to go. One half-commit attempt. Nice send Jacob!

felts hard for the grade... possibly needs some sea-spray brushed off... or stronger fingers

Couple goes trying for a send with bad beta, then bagged him. The nicest 25 sport route in the bay.

Fun moves at the end of the day. Found a hold way out right I can clip the third off, not sure if it's in but I can reach the bolt so I guess so?

One burn up, done all the moves but the tide didn’t allow for anymore attempts. Mega climbing will 100% be back.

Awesome route and one to add to the project list for sure! All moves done except clipping the 3rd. Crux felt hard but doable if I can sort out the clip!

Pretty happy to get this done, one go sorting the beta and went down reasonably easily next shot! Stoked!

Wanted to try and figure out the beta but was too hot and slippery to hold anything in the crux! (Log from last weekend)

Will have to find out different beta to get to traverse line as I lack Pipers span. Nice moves to third bolt, and had already done the finishing crack

Probably only hard 23. Pretty technical to get into finger crack. Second go.

Two goes, second to the top with one sit. Very solid for the grade and a fantastic climb. Has a bit of everything.

Second go, was so damn close to a flash! Packs a punch for such a short route.

This is super fun! Dropped the onsight moving from mono, next go.

The climb briefly dried, then the tide started coming back in and it got drenched again

Got heady eyeing off the top out, will come back with a better head at some point!

Could do with a little glue on the crux flake.

I could tell Dave how to do it but couldn't engage the roof statically. A high step press worked

Rpt. Need a long draw on second bolt as can't reach off good feet to clip, and you are on the ground otherwise
