攀登 in Gandalf having 攀爬攻略

Caitlin led first and 3rd and me second. Was quality. 2nd pitch was some brash jamming!

I led second picth, Cailtin the first and 3rd. Fun climb.

Led P2. P1 and 2 are really nice. P3 a bit average with some suspect rock.

Led P1, it is really nice once you get to the actual start. P2 has 2 vegetated ramps that detract, and difficult to create top belay, especially if you are on a 60 m rope. I had to simulclimb about 3 m to give Dave enough.

Firts belay a bit earlier bc of the loose rock.

Beatuful! Every pitch had good and varied climbing, first pitch you have to commit but get rewarded!

Start trickier than expected. Eagles nest at midnight was magical!

Comminting first crux, then easier. Nice crack in the middle.

Nice climbing. The crux protects well with small wires (or black totem). A great option for busy days at Gandalf

P2/P3 can be linked by stretching a 60m. Easier than the neighbouring Gamle rev (perhaps easiest 6 in Lofoten?)

If you can keep the rope running straight, a 60m gets you to top from the P1 belay.

Gollum is the more secure solo. Wouldn´t do this again..

First climb after the move. First ice chipped off holds with nut tool.

Great climb! We did it in light rain, but it wasn't a problem, the rock was drying very fast.

First time crag climbing! And first time trad climbing, although we had a guide with us that lead climbed.

Second route of the day, after Gandalf.

Trad

Klättrade med Patrik. Försa repans krux, något lättare än förra gången. Dock tog toppsprickan längre tid än första gången. Fantastisk led.

Klättrade med Patrik. Fantastikst dåligt klättrat första replängden. Alltid jobbig. Borde göra denna leden som sista led nästa gång. Resten kändes bra, förutom ett fantastiskt repdrag upp till örneredet.

Absolutely awesome route. IMO the crux is pitch 3, it's quite sustained and devious. Pitch 5 is steep but relatively straightforward if you're used to steep climbing.

The crux felt ok, pumped though. Too much respect for the route. Next time it will be cruised

Climbed with Thorbjörn. Leading p2. Messed up putting up the belay, climbed too long, next time I will set up the belay at the big ledge immediately to the right.

Climbed with Catrine. First pitch went quite slow today, thereafter it just got better and better. The 6- crux felt just perfect, good jams.

Classic start for my Lofoten climbing. Climbed with Thorbjørn.
