攀登 in Diegterwand by mike having sport-cpr 或 ascent-date

1st go. Not sure if the left-traverse at the 3rd bolt really is "on", that way it feels quite a bit easier.

SAC guide-book has it at 6c, while "Gute alte Zeit" is 6c+, which seems appropriate.

Had to fight for this flash.

The easier graded bottom part felt harder...

Cool moves. The upper part (2nd pitch) did not feel significantly harder than the lower part - maybe has one or two "tweakier" moves.

Fun and a bit scary chimney-crack...

Fell out at last bolt.

Still struggling between 7th and 9th. The sequence to get under the bulge feels like the real crux.

Tough from 6th to 9th bolt.

This time without losing half a fingernail at the crux. Felt quite a bit easier than the first time around. Excellent and homogenic route with a lot of side-pulls underclings and interesting small traverses.

All in all a mellow climbing weekend - wanted to try something harder, but time and wet patches in many of the interesting looking did not really allow for much more.

Still haven't really found a working solution at the 4th bolt. Need to improve my footwork I guess.

Tough and thin boulder to get to / over the 4th bolt with a sea of possibilities for the feet. Not sure of the right solution...

Engaged start - does not really let off until 4th bolt. Top crux is easier but a bit scary because of the ledge below.

Need to hold left at third bolt to get to 4th...

No chance to get off the ground.

Broke the fingernail and bailed because of that, but what a beauty.
