攀登 of No Mustard on Withdrawal

The traverse and drop down move was scary but that could just be my short legs 😢 Cool moves through the crux once you work out what to do and then it’s just trying to control the pump easy climbing to the end.

I jumped on it last week, felt completely bamboozled at the crux and then got shut down after taking several small but unpleasant falls. I came back for No Mustard today and got it on my first red point attempt. The low traverse is really cool and then you got to pull several hard moves before it gets easy.

Bit weird to have two variant starts right beside each other. Cool moves though!

Crux moves very stiff at grade 24! Recommend bumping to a grade 25, would be a very commiting lead

Got completely tangled in the rope at the traverse and thought it was all over, but pushed through only to get totally pumped after the crux and sweat, shake and thrash my way to the finish. Very ugly ascent. Orignal TR Jan 2003
