Agree that it's probably V1. Probably still V2 if you go direct to the holds on the crack.

Omg, I hate starts this low where I have to generate immediate power. Can hit this from the left arete with RH where the LH should be, but not from the specified start holds. Really struggling for traction on the left side pull.

Okay, now I understand how it's a V1. What I'd climbed and ticked previously is quite different and harder.

Previously, and again today, starting as per Talisker, but rather than moving up, veering left on to the crimps on the tree corner arete (last 3 red Xs on the scotch tufa topo) is probably v2.
