攀登 in Eureka Wall as Flash

A bit reachy but some cool move, flashed on pre-placed gear.

Nice intro pitch

Super, reminded me of some of the first pitch routes on taipan. A great find Kent. Linking unlikely pockets on great rock.

Just the first half then up to the diminishing returns lower off. Great long adventure route the way. Psyched to do the rightward traverse next time I am back.

Warming up for the big show, trickier then it looks from the ground. The second half will make this a better longer warm up once dot adds a new anchor.

On JengA's gear. 2 laps (the flash, and another on second to get the gear back). The start is tricky and technical (an ongoing theme for this crag), but the traverse is just fun. Gets you warmed up for what's to come...

Awesome! Bullet-hard rock and spaced bolts compliment the delicate, reachy and technical climbing. If this is Taipan-style climbing, then sign me up for the proper-thing. The steep headwall at the top is deceptively tricky, though grades easier. I had to give it quite a bit to stick the flash.

P1 only, placing some of the gear, and finishing via the Diminishing Returns top headwall to anchors (at about Grade 20, or so). Goey start for the grade, weird traverse, then easy chossy Hueco/Groove features to the headwall. The rest of the climb looks stellar... Next time, gadget.
