Got it second time round!

First lead since the operation and it went well.

Quick run up it with the peanut gallery bitching & moaning below.

Love this route, nice moves on it.

On impulse, in the rain, whilst walking back to the car.

Always up for this delightful trad lead. Gear is good to just below anchors.

Sooo easy. Terry lead it first.

End of day run up this with the gear limited to tricams + ballnuts. A hold snapped off near the top, scared me senseless, but, miraculously, no tumble.

Still takes me a couple of tries to figure out the crux sequence.

Tried to lead it on trad, but ended up clipping the 2nd or 3rd bolt.

Nice trad lead at KP. One can stitch this route up.

With Jodie. Pretty wobbly, but got there in the end.

Bloody hell, hand wasn't complaining at all. Ruth liked it.

With Justin. Nice moves on this one & I like the gear on it.

With Justin. Bit of an epic for me to get past that first move.

Not exactly confidence inspiring to see my second pull off the football size block that I'd used to step across on at the top out - a good 5m above my last gear!

Always good gear, but forgot the extenders = not good.

With Justin. Quite a bit of lose rock on it, but still nice moves. With some dedicated avoidance of the crux move, I thought it was more like a 14. The direct line would probably be a 17. A tad overdone with 8 FHs.

With Dave = all good. Some question of that last tricam placement.

With Grant. Pretty much got that lower crux down, couldn't pull off the upper crux on the DF.

Grant belayed. LH is feeling a tiny bit stronger = this was surprisingly easy.

With Justin. Better this time, once I was into it.

Really got my knickers in a twist at that 2nd crux, but all good after that. Justin was very patient on belay

With Alli. Memorable for my being a ginormous scardycat. First time on the rock in 4 mths.

With Ron. Aside from one C3 at the start, no cams used.

With Ron & Steve. The challenge this time was not to use a cam! Used the new Tricams & Slider Nuts a lot! Love 'em.
