攀登 of Diving board

An up & down night of flappers, some good & some not so good attempts. Ended up getting it done under the phone torches right at the end of the session. Psyched!

Hilariously wasted an exorbitant amount of energy trying the first move only to change out of my miura's and stick it first try with shoes with rubber that didn't feel like glass all moves sorted apart from the actual crux 😅 was able to throw to the lip but power sap from the faf at the start was apparent, going back with better tactics and better body positions should help.
