攀登 in The Paradiso having 攀爬攻略

Waited all day to dry. Wiped holds with my shirt, called the send train via Dyno at sunset and Lluis jumped aboard!

Best line in Tassie and one of the best ever!

Super fun route with jugs all the way up. Happy to have managed to send it despite the holds being wet.

Amazing route! The 3 alpine draws that I placed helped a lot for the rope drag. I have to jump on it again when the holds are not wet.

long and intimidating — the swell was big (so big couldn't get to too tall oxen ), so leading this was a mental challenge. I feel like I'd have a good chance next time, but won't be easy at all, especially in the middle there after burning energy at the start. Top is easier.

Pretty good, but I was so tired I did not climb this very well and almost dropped it at the top — didn't see the hold on the left!

Liz gave this an awesome crack, so close to the sending. Superstar effort!

Fell off the flash go at the second last move!!!

Didn’t read the beta around the third bolt correctly on the first attempt and fell. Then the rain came in and I had to lower down. The route magically stayed dry so I got another go after the rain passed. Still fumbled with beta but made it work this time. Clipped the chain with crushing waves, misty air and shrilling seagulls. Best 22 ever!

Tricky crux, very fun climbing!

Fun lil line, but damn the finish feels commited. Extending the anchor ain't a bad shout to avoid rope jamming on the lower off

First 26 onsight, probably not too bad at the grade.

Run out start, then well protected and super techy.

2 star climbing but 0 star bolting. One to avoid if 21 is near your limit, felt dangerous in parts

Would be a classic if not for the ledge

Fell off at the crux but everything else flowed so well

just keeps on going. can really hit a flow state until the pump sets in

Had a few goes at this. Always falling just before the beginning of the cruisy second half. Brilliant route

Gym climb

The techy heel hooking felt rough for 17.

Surprisingly pu lled all the moves with rests on first attempt but on 2nd and 3rd burn climbed awfully

Soft but airy.

Don’t listen to what they tell you - the crux is at the top. Banger!

Paradiso provides a quality send once again. It was one of those funny days, I set off like usual with Zee belaying, taking about 20 sits and a dozen whips, just poking and prodding and finding the holds, then I decided later to give it a go and see if I could get it down to just a few sits now I knew the lay of the land, and then by some miracle it just went. Celebrated with a drink and some fish and chips down at the general store. Yum.

Some more work needed before I get my red-point badge back!!

Too hard for me today!

The run out from 2 to 3 is long: not a good climb if you're not solid at this grade.

Mega route. Plenty of holds to work with to get up this endurance test piece. I struggled at times and was not feeling bold. The position over the ocean is cool. Brendan did get splashed by one wave whilst belaying.

First thing I've sent in a while. Short, pumpy, committing at the end and great for the boulderers

Took a long time to work out the crux but flexibility ended up being the crux for me. Such a long beautiful climb.

First attempt in years. Great route

Fell at the last hard move. Tired at the end of the session.

Used a #1 camalot at the top. Easier for the vertically gifted.
