Wappa Falls

A little Yandina local swimming hole with quick and convenient access with potential for new boulders and a few deep water solos.

The Jacuzzi

The Jacuzzi, is the little circular swimming hole at the top of the main swimming area. Incredibly deep with an interesting slightly over hung face with cracks up on side.

A lot of fun to climb with wet holds making climbs ever changing and harder each attempt.

V2 The Gumbie Teapot

Starting as right as you can, move up along the right arete and the middle cracks (taking care to stay on the actual face of the feature) before toping out.

V3 Hot Tub Pump Machine

Aim to use only the middle cracks from start to top out.

The Rock

Large very dirty boulder with old graffiti on it, with a small tree shielding its main face and adding a fun obstacle to spot climbers around.

V0 The Lens Cap of Olympus

Start with double undercling/kneebar low on the left of the boulder. Move up the crimps straight up to top out.

Avoid using the separate rock on the ground underneath the boulder being climbed after initial footer.

V0 The Dirty Herbalist

Start same as 'Lens Cap of Olympus' moving up and right not using the small crimps and not the top of the boulder, to top out on the right side, near the large jug with grass growing out of it.

As with 'Lens Cap' Do not use the large separate rock underneath the boulder for footers after initial start hold.

Sit start. Up the arete to mantle.

Relations Boulder

Awesome little and poitnless boulder approx 2m tall with some funky problems and a cool traverse. Named after, although less vulgar, the graffiti found on its face.

V1 Crack Inspection

Starts the same as Bummin' but head left of the crack to the topout, avoiding using any holds on the right of the crack, other than pressing on the arete.

V0 Bummin'

Up the middle of the little cut out 'cave' and top out following the crack/arete feature.

V0 Up the Shaft

Starts right of Bummin, up the protruding rounded feature to top out.

V0 The Reach Around Toe Curler

Traverse from the jugs found on the low right and top out above 'Up the Shaft'. Avoid using holds under the black water line and on top of the boulder - aim to move through using only the middle area.

V1 Make it Harder

Continuation of 'The Reach around Toe Curler' Follow the same line with same restriction however move around the 'Up the Shaft' feature and top out at 'Bummin''

Medical Boulder

Almost directly opposite 'Relations Boulder' on the right side of the river - facing Wappa Dam Wall.

V3 Internal Medicine

Under The little overhang, sit start. Left hand pinch, Right hand in the crack. Move up and to the left to top out.

V4 Gynaecology

Start the same as 'Internal Medicine' however instead of moving left, top out straight up and over the middle of the nose.

V3 Gastroenterology

Very Similar to Gynaecology - Start with right hand in pocket and top out slightly right of the nose, left of the little tree.

V3 Geriatrics

Start with both hands in the pockets and head up the orange rock, using only the pockets before topping out.

Might be easier than thought - last climb after a long day. Will reconsider the grade in time and more ascents.

V0 Pediatrics

Super awkward start move, with both hands on the jugs with the grass growing out. Pull up and mantle top out.

V2 Check the Testes

Start far left of the boulder, moving low along the ridge to top out just before the nose.

V3 Check the Testes....... Again

An extension of 'Check the Testes'. Continue with Check the Testes, but stay under the nose, and top out between the two small trees grouping on the right side of the Boulder.
