Fun, got it just as the rain started

Probably the only soft V5 in this whole forest. V4 seems more fitting, especially considering the standard of the grade in Tooheys.

Honestly for me it felt harder than Yakini Sit. Couldn't pull off the ground at all without the mat.

The direct sit start to this (using holds directly below Yakini's starting holds) goes at about V2. Definitely adds some quality

laps x3, just to be sure.

Soft

I think this is soft, but when I got home today I had one of the biggest poos ever, so I'm taking V5 for the weight disadvantage

Not sure I can claim a flash having done the top via two other variants

It's a miniature thing, but I couldn't resist when I saw the quality holds.

Hard to grade - the hard moves are over quickly, but pulling onto the wall is pretty powerful. Might be a 4.

I did some excavating. Found a boulder under the pine needles.

Nice, but makes more sense as a harder sitstart in my opinion. The low start is there and makes it a full line.

As for Yakini, it makes more sense as a sit start to make it a full line, I reckon

Did all the moves bar the first! Hard to get your butt off the ground and established on the sit start holds.

Cool problem! No massive holds, so you've got to be precise with your movements!

Took me a bit to figure out.

This will be a really nice line. All the handholds are quality for this part of Toohey. The feet are in a bit of choss, but they're good enough for the traverse ... I think you'll be using high heel hooks for most of it anyway. Really looking forward to getting back to this earlier in the morning, and with more skin!

60cm diameter flake/plate broke off the face. Cleaned up alright beneath.
