攀登 in Toichimen Iwa syoumenheki /十一面岩正面壁

I love chimneys!! We felt the pressure of time after the 3rd pitch so went down, think we did the fun parts. First pitch is a bit lower quality, it cleans up after that, apart from some loose rock at the end of the 3rd pitch, but the belayer is protected. Very difficult to pull the rope down from the first rap (that we did - second rap from the top) - best for the last person down to bring the knots as far down as possible.

Morning after rain, dry apart from some patches on the first pitch. First pitch was harder than it looks - perhaps just the not-textbook gear especially with the water. Linked pitches 1-2 and 4-5, but 4-5 was a mistake, way too much drag from the boulders.

sent by top roping on the first pitch. Good to train trad climbing for beginners.

Great climb overhanging Finger and thin hands for the first half then slowly widening to hand and fist size crack.

Red Point try successful. This now ticks off Pitch 1 of Hara Lara.

This was my first Multi-pitch rope solo. The total round trip took 12 hours.

Attempted the 1st Pitch of Haru Lara. Not successfull

Only climbed the first 3 pitches.

Climbed the 1st Pitch of Pegasus. Next time I will have to try the Onsight for Pitch 2
