攀登 in Lovers Leap

Right from the ground it's thin, not much feet, trying to place micro wires! We got scared and pumped

So much jamming! Pretty fun, shame that the anchor is off-line. Narrowly avoided getting shmushed by a loose block.

A touch easier than IAEIT but a few slightly more awkward moves. Very cool. Kinda a shame there are so many bolts on the lower wall?

Such a good route

First session, pulled through the crux moved but the real challenge is probably linking all of the lower section

Yes! A cosmic phenomenon indeed

One of my favourites climbs, here or anywhere! Love the acute corner, side pulls and lack of feet holds. And a crack that continuously opens and fuses as you go!

Second session. Genius beta from Oskar, including sneaky heel hook at the crux! Installed two new rings at the anchor.

My go-to warm-up

first climb we did on the wall, some jamming

climbs mostly with right hand in the crack and left bear hugging the arete

Very interesting shallow corner and bridging moves

The moderate classic, with a crux right at the top. Gear is kind of funky at the start if you climb the corner from the ground

Really good route. The end is super punchy, great gear the whole way

The approach to the cliff is exposing enough let alone soloing up a fixed line to a belay. Walking from the right side of the lookout would be so much easier than the thistle infested gully on the left. kept joking about the devils land full of heroine needles when you loose your footing on the damp grass and slide your hands through all the needles haha Surprisingly good climbing on solid rock and the view and atmosphere is well worth the trek into the gorge.

Pretty cool climb, dbf climbing at that point, never went for the lead.

Jamming everywhere

Three sandy mantles too many, but great climbing in between

Pretty full on, with a finger locking section down low to a tricky move to get established in the corner at the top. I took wayyyy less gear than I should have and made it a bit scary for myself with only nuts to protect the upper half. Bit of loose stuff around but a really good route

Definitely worth a visit, this crag
