The Congosto de Regué is a ~1.5 km road passage through a narrow gorge. Most climbs start next to the road or very near to it, which is usually not a problem since there is very little traffic. Some climbs are (very) short.

Within the gorge there is virtually no parking. Please be prepared to walk in - it is not that bad, though.

- Don't toprope directly through anchors or bolts – use your own material instead.
- Clean chalk and tickmarks with a brush.
- Don't leave toilet paper.
- Pick up rubbish - also cigarette butts.
- Park considerately (tractors should be able to pass also at the weekend).
