Very nice to be able to climb this project of mine today. Didn't expect much, hurting back, horrible warmup, new beta for the bottom xrux, which I had just stolen from other people at the crag.. but somehow, after toproping it once to remind myself of the moves, it all came together very nicely. First 8- in Voralpen for me as well

Im 4ten Go heute, die crux hat es echt in sich. Am Ende war ich so fertig, dass jeder Zug und der Clip an der crux schon am absoluten Limit waren. Mindestens 4 mal gedacht dass ich fliege Super flowige Tour

Yey Sehr schön zu klettern, man muss das Beste aus den mäßigen Tritten rausholen. Heute hat es sich viel besser angefühlt als noch im letzten Jahr

Finally did it, woohoo! 🥳 Three visits to Ötztal in a row and every time I fell at the last bolt.. this time I got all the lower crack moves without moving out of the line to the right (as I did the last years) and then stuck the crux up top! Stoked. I'd say it's about 6a, but perhaps good crack climbers will disagree 😁

It says 5c on the bottom of the climb now, but no 5c climber will finish this. Might be 6a+ in terms of moves, but it's short so maaaaaybe 6a

Anchor is horrible to clip, should be farther left or right for sure. Never 5b unless you're super tall maybe.
