攀登 in Sundeck

Very mossy boy

Climbed this on top rope after jw lead Piccolo Luna.

It was raining on and off, so it was kind of wet, but it was a really nice crack to climb, with good holds most of the way. I struggled to get my footing a bit at the top and scrambled in the wet a few times, but I had really solid holds for my hands, so stayed on the wall. At the top of the crack there was a nice little seat under an overhang to rest in, then climbed slightly above the top rope bolts to shimmy right on good feet/hands to the anchor.

Cleaned this route on my way down (first time properly cleaning where I had to actually go hard/untie/thread the rope through the anchors!)

Gave this an attempt on top rope after jw lead it. It was raining on and off, so the rock was super wet and slippery, but even if it was dry, I think this would have been fairly challenging for me.

Ended up deciding to go to the left and crack climb B (P2) instead.

Downclimbed a few times after the first bolt, pretty tough

I'd expect to find a crack like this at Piddo, which is to say amazing. Well worth the stars.

Found this more difficult than the registered grade. Had to haul on the 2nd draw to get through. Can someone confirm if there have been any holds broken on this route recently? The second half was quite fun on some amazing holds.
