Thought i was on dappled mare and was like jeez bit of a stiff 5.8. Penjied over to the swift at top of first.

Awesome fun climbing. Had a fun time at the start of the first trying to get to the main crack.

Had so much fun with Hannah on this. Finger crack pitch at the end.

Lead pitches 6 7 8.

Tried to do triple direct but didn't realize how small the gear was. Much thinner than the nose!

Lead and hauled each pitch. Fixed to Sickle, made it to dolt the second day before crashing for 2 hrs, then summed up the energy to get to El Cap Twr. Day three got a little held up but made it to the pitch below the great roof. Day 4 cruised the great roof in 45 mins and was at camp 6 by 3pm! Big wall chill time was great! Day 5 topped out by 12pm right beside Hans Florine doing his 100th ascent!

Rack-1 set x4 offsets, doubles in c4/x4 0.2 to #4. Triple red and #3. Set link cams. Offset nuts

Incredible climbing. Loved the first two pitches. Linked 4 and 5, and 6 and 7. Used a 70m but think a 60 would work. Simuled 9 through 12. Classic!

Pumped out on the horn just as I got the crux cam in.

Two bomber cams in at the lip then went for it, feet cut but managed to stick with it for a new PB on trad!.

Awesome moves once you figure out the beta. Reminded me of pancake flake on The Nose!.

Good and interesting moves. Rope drag is annoying and the middle section takes away from the experience a little.

Tried jamming it as opposed to the layback, so much easier!

Linked pitch 1 and 2 on a 70m rope.

Starting roof moves still sketchy, got an awesome chockstone loose nut under the roof though. The top is fun, especially the move out onto the face to the horizontal crimp.

My first 11a on trad clean!!! Took a while to suss out the beta, slid down the wall a few times but managed to catch my left foot on the footer.

Tried out some speed climbing tactics. Short fix block leading, got from ground to summit of fourth pitch in 1 hr and 10 mins. Ground to ground in 1.5hrs. Great fun.

Charles led first pitch, I led the second, made a lot easier now that I know how to jam! what a great route!

Rope solo - really enjoyed the cruxes on the 2nd and 3rd pitches. 2nd was great, loved the diagonal. The start of the fourth was committing!

Rope soloed up to the top of the fourth pitch, but did the alternate P1-P3 linkup. Massive fall when a cam hook popped!!! Did the whole thing with a 70m, 16 cams, 7 nuts and 17 draws rope solo. Hauled up the portaledge and the wife!!!!

Nearly made it, stopped just before the rest...

Loved the offwidth, and easily cruised up the crux this time round. Very cool climb, just move quickly!

Helped jimmy work out beta for the top! Pretty easy climbing, only clipped bolts which was a bit annoying.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Loved the little roof on the 3rd pitch. 2nd pitch was great too. FIrst was weird...

With jimmy, 1st pitch long. 2nd pitch amazing hand crack to scary looking, but easy climbing chimney. Awesome route.

Apparently a popular beginner sport lead, pretty thin, technical face with hefty runouts for a beginner if you ask me..

Nice crack, right next to cracked actor. Well protected, easy climbing.

1 night ascent. Climbed the first pitch, then short fixed across the C2 / C2+ variation that cuts right under the roof, avoiding the traverse, ending at the top of the 3rd pitch. Excellent variation, fun aid. Got the roof, excellent fun, then rapped. You can make it with twin 60's from above the roof, just...

Awesome!!! Loved the thin start more than I thought, had a great time on the big burly moves up top. Great fun.
