Ascent of Without Council Approval as various tick types by D. Westergaard

Felt harder than a 16 on the onsight as the next holds are quite hard to see, e.g. ledges that from below appear to be jugs are actually slopers. I suspect it will be much easier to red point. Interesting bottom and top section though.
